The marketplace stores account information, delivery details, orders and messages to provide the service. Relevant order and delivery details are shared with the fulfilling manufacturer. Session cookies are used for sign-in and the shopping bag. When sellers request AI SEO drafts, the product name and description are sent to the configured AI provider. If shopping AI is configured, visitors’ questions, recent public product references and catalogue category/brand names are sent to that provider to interpret requests. The assistant uses session memory for the last three questions and associated public product references. No private orders or manufacturer chats are sent. Theme preference is saved in browser local storage; the default is light mode. Add your approved retention periods, privacy contact, data request procedure and processor details before launch.
